What: The Owl Creek Chase  *Freestyle* Half Marathon  *Due to snow conditions, the course will be revised.*
When: January 21st at 9:00 am
Where: Begin at the Aspen Nordic Course and choose between a variety of course options. - 30K, 15K, 6K or 3K  (more info below). 
Price: $60 for preregistration, $75 day of.
$30 for preregistration. $45 day of.
Day of Registration will be open from 7:45 - 8:45 a.m. at the Aspen Nordic Center.

Revised Course Description: ​Our revised event will now embrace 15km and 30km races, set to kick off at 9:00 am on Sunday, January 21st, starting at the Aspen Golf Course (Practice Loops). These courses will weave through the Golf Course, Moore Property, and the High School trails, promising an engaging and spirited race that truly embodies the essence of our Nordic community.

Junior Point to Point:  For the Jr point-to-point races (3km and 6km), the starting point will be the sliding hill behind the Aspen Rec Center. Both courses will gracefully descend through the Moore Property to the Golf Course. The 3km race will follow the shortest path, concluding at the Practice Loops outside the Aspen Cross Country Center. Meanwhile, the longer course will feature a scenic lap of the golf course before reaching the same location.

Awards: 
We will have over all awards for Men and Women in each races, as well as Age Group recognition. We will also have a small Raffle with great prizes!

Lunch:
Soup will be available for race finishers.
